This is a set of PSD Layered Templates. This Product was created at 300dpi, and large in size so they are perfect for both digital and Physical Projects. You must have working knowledge of photoshop to use this product. Layered templates are great for those that want to change colors, add textures, etc. All products are high quality Images, created at 300 dpi, so they are perfect for both digital and printed projects. PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS You can use the designs for personal or commercial use. You can print almost anything, the possibilities are endless. You are allowed to create PRINTED products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy or in your own store. Fabric designers please look below for more information. DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS You can use the designs for your own personal use and scrapbooks you sell. You CANNOT sell the clipart as a stand alone product, it must be incorporated into a scrapbook kit. No more than 50 % of the items can be used to create your kits. No Decoupage kits, Clipart Kits, Stand Alone Stickers. (Planner Stickers are okay to be created). You are only allowed to sell Digital kits as personal use only. EMBROIDERY You are NOT allowed to sell embroidery patterns. However, you are allowed to create a finished product such as clothing, towels, bedding etc for your own personal use, or for sale-If Selling it is for your customers personal use only. DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS You can use the designs for your personal use or commercially to create digital printable files. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added to make it a unique product. COLLAGE SHEETS are not ALLOWED. Files must be sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files. Do not sell the designs as layered or on white backgrounds as printables. All other digital creations are allowed as long as graphics are flattened and enough of your design is added to make it a new original design. DIGITAL (PRINTABLES) You must add a background and/ or other images of your own along with the designs, It should not be extractable by your customers. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added to make it unique. COLLAGE SHEETS, DECOUPAGE SHEETS are NOT ALLOWED. You are not allowed to sell the files as layered designs. Files must be sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files. You are NOT allowed to place the images on a plain white background as this allows others to copy and paste in any program and have access to the original art. This also applies to stickers, party printables, planner accessories, and coloring pages. FABRIC DESIGNERS There is no quantity limit, however, you must purchase our fabric license for every set purchased. Please contact me for further licensing information. RIBBON DESIGNERS There is no quantity limit, however, you must purchase our Ribbon License for every set purchased. Please contact me for further licensing information. LOGO AND WEB DESIGNERS You can use the clipart for personal or commercial use to create logo and web designs to sell. For logo design use the clipart as part of the design, not as is. For Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts please make sure the files are flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be extracted. TEACHERS, EDUCATORS You can use the designs in products you create personally or commercially at TPT. Your customers are NOT allowed to resell anything they purchase from you, it is only allowed to be use for their own classrooms and personal use. Stand alone clipart, Decoupage is NOT ALLOWED to be resold. CREDITS REQUIRED I require credit to Boxer Scraps as well as a clickable link to (https://www.emiliascreations.com) inside your TOU or wherever you display or sell Your products. You cannot share the original graphics for free. If you do not wish to credit me commercially you can contact me about a no credit required license.
